This was my first time with Esaiah and Spa Concepts. I hope I spelled that right! My husband got me a gift card for Valentine’s Day. It is a little more than I’m used to paying for highlights but let me tell you it was SO worth it. I plan to make an appointment with Esaiah and my daughter soon as well. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. He was worth every penny!

I went on my birthday for an hour massage and an hour facial. I was greeted upon my arrival and my masseuse, Melissa, started my massage soon after. When I tell you it was on the THE BEST massages I’ve gotten!!! Melissa’s hands and techniques worked wonders. Afterwards, Mary did my facial. It was so calming and rejuvenating! She was so gentle, I almost fell asleep. My experience was great and I am so glad that those 2 ladies helped make my birthday a great one.

Such a wonderful experience! I got a haircut and blow out with Katie. I just wanted a trim to clean up my ends and she made sure to not cut too much off. She also gave me an amazing blow out! I will definitely be back to see Katie!

I got my first lash lift here with Tiffany - she was amazing!! I hardly ever do reviews, but my experience here was too good not to! I have very sparse eyelashes, and I was blown away at the result! My eyelashes look so much longer and fuller than I was expecting - I rarely have time for makeup, so the mascara look without the mascara is awesome!Tiffany will definitely be seeing me again!

I always receive the best of care at Spa Concepts! On this visit, Michelle Z. went above and beyond to give me a true spa experience. Extra special touches included a bergamot oil along with scalp massage after my highlights. A perfect trim ended my experience... I'll be back!

As always, I had a wonderful experience with Jasmin!!! She’s always so sweet and professional. She always does a great job… an amazing job!!! I have never been disappointed. My only problem is that I wish I went more often but that’s on me and I will do better. The location is always clean, the mood is calming, and the experience is very good. I am always treated with respect and with just as much importance as the next person. The customer service skills of everyone who works there is A-1. Spa Concepts has been my #1 choice for an extremely long time and I do not predict it will change.
