Your massage therapist will provide the best combination of products, personalized Aveda aromas and massage techniques, which can include Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, and stress-relieving techniques.

Polished, warm river stones are incorporated to loosen muscles and flush out toxins. This massage is designed to relieve stress and ease tension.

Originating from the ancient primal sea beneath the Himalayan mountains, the soothing glide of heated salt stones allows your skin to absorb 84 naturally occurring minerals and salts, activating your natural healing mechanisms. Originating in China, this alternative therapy involves placing stationary cups on the skin to create suction and promote the natural healing process of chronic pain areas. Suction also facilitates the flow of “qi” in the body, Chinese for life force (will cause temporary suction marks).

Our MLD-certified therapists use light skin-stretching techniques to stimulate natural drainage of the lymph to reduce swelling. Drainage moves inflammation and toxins out of the body. Used to treat post-traumatic and post-surgical edema, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, chronic pain reduction and other pathologies. MLD also promotes deep relaxation. Physician’s note and consultation are required prior to day of service if receiving MLD within 6 weeks of surgery or for anyone living with cancer. Choose 1 hour for a full body treatment, or 1/2 hour to target specific areas.

Comforting and relaxing, this massage relieves lower back discomfort, supports ligaments, eases water retention and improves circulation, alleviating many of the physical and mental stresses unique to the expectant mother.
