My son treated me to a pampering experience at Spa Concepts in Bossier for my 53rd birthday, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I invited my lovely mother to join me, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an environment that was both spotlessly clean and incredibly inviting.The customer service here is truly unmatched. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for.Kelly did my mom’s facial, and she was amazing—so gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my mother’s needs and made her feel relaxed and pampered. Her care and professionalism really stood out.I had the pleasure of being treated by Lexi for my facial. Let me just say—Lexi is a gem! I don’t typically enjoy facials or massages, but she made the entire process smooth and calming. She was warm, personable, and truly skilled at what she does. I left feeling refreshed and happy I gave it a try!Then there was Michael, the nail tech—and honestly, Michael was a whole vibe! He was friendly, professional, and took his time to ensure everything was perfect. He gave my mom a beautiful manicure and me a pedicure that left me feeling like royalty. He clearly takes pride in his work and made the experience so fun and relaxing.This Bossier location is an absolute treasure. I can’t speak for the Shreveport branch, but Bossier deserves an A+ for service, ambiance, and overall experience. We left feeling spoiled, refreshed, and full of gratitude.Highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back!

Everything was very nice... the massage therapist was perfect! I'll pass on the pedicure next time...he was nice but it was too cold over there and it was my first pedi and it's not what I expected. Overall a great first time experience...I will be back eventually

Jeremy at Aveda was kind, thorough, had the perfect pressure, and a complete professional throughout the hour!! Jeremy asked if there was anywhere that needed extra attention and proceeded to pay that area a some extra attention!! I 10/10 recommend Jeremy and will be back!The spa itself smelled amazing, and the hostesses were very friendly! Overall, I love this place!

I was gifted a spa day for my birthday and it was amazing! First, my massage by Eric set the tone, it was a relaxing vibe and he was very hospitable and friendly. Then, I had a 90 minute facial with Dahlia and she blessed my face, then Mr. Kim finished me off with a soothing gel manicure and pedicure and great conversation. Oh and I can’t forget about my tasty lunch.

Great experience. This was our first visit. New to town. Came in for my 2 young boys. D’Anna was great w them and listened to what I was looking for. Giving 5 stars but giving and honest review (especially for those w kids) it was a bit pricey for a 3 and 4 year old. Not for me though, I am next! Thank you! We’ll be back

Penny has MAGIC HANDS!!! Most of the time, I can just sit in her chair, sometimes maybe give her a little information on what I want done, & then she works her magic! My hair always comes out perfect!! She is very talented, knowledgeable, & wonderful personality. It’s worth paying the price for my hair to look amazing. If you go with a hairdresser for less, you get what you pay for & most likely be unhappy. I absolutely highly recommend Penny! She is AMAZING!!! The Salon is fabulous and have a wonderful staff!!

The ladies up front were very welcoming & friendly, they offered beverages to make sure we were comfortable. My entire experience was phenomenal! First, I called today to see if they had an appointment available. The receptionist was extremely patient with me and accommodated my request. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Steve. Additionally, he cared and checked in on my throughout my service. My massage was with Ms. Kelly. I booked a 30 minute massage which I will never do again. It was way too short, BUT Ms. Kelly made sure my experience was amazing. She was gentle and I definitely fell asleep! 😀. Lastly, Ms. Diana did my nails and toes. She was also such a blessing to me. She was patient, kind, and very informative. She provided information on how to care for my feet/nails after my visit. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I had to visit this location today. Pampered was the goal and they exceeded it!

She paid attention to when i said i always had my hair in a bun, so she tailored my layers to ensure I won't have problems doing that on a daily basis. I normally pass this salon up I automatically assumed they were high because of the location. I think I have found my new go to. 1 being they charge you what the price is on the paper not adding extra fees didn’t take long at all & normally when I go to get my did anywhere else they tell me I have to get acrylic on my big toes not here and I’m extremely satisfied highly recommend 10/10!

The front desk staff was very accommodating (Brittany booked our appointment over the phone and was very kind and helpful), and our massage therapist, Christin and Jakea, were both extremely attentive. My experiences with Lexie is always great! I paid 100.00 for a facial to relax but couldn’t really get comfortable because of the noise from the other employees laughing and talking loudly. I still gave her 5 stars because she did great but it would have been nice to go to the spa to relax and not hear all conversations in the background.

My husband booked me a massage, facial, mani, and pedi. The massage was great by Ms. Berry. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Hedayh did an amazing job on the facial. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calm. She was gental and took her time with everything. I also enjoyed my mani and pedi lady, I forgot her name, sorry. It was a much needed time and I enjoyed it.

Brittany is so amazing with hair and color! She really knows what she is doing and is the best of the best. She is also so nice and caring. She always makes me feel welcome coming into the salon and beautiful leaving it! I have naturally curly hair, and she not only knows how to cut it properly, but knows how to style it properly afterwards as well.The salon uses Aveda products which makes my hair feel shiny and fresh after a visit. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and makes you feel pampered.Love this salon and Brittany!

My experience with Summer Tomasek was amazing! She is so kind and sweet, my husband and I were a bit late and she still took her time and was very professional. My neck had been aching for the past few days but when I got up from the massage bed I felt no pain at all! This is a very honest review, Her hands are truly blessed and I don’t say that often in fact I’ve never said that about any massage place I’ve been to, and this was not my first time at spa concepts either but was my first time having her as my massage therapist and she is truly blessed with her hands and I pray that God continues to bless her with her gift as she uses it to bless others who need help with relief from whatever aches and pains ♥️

Dalhia-Nicole was great!! I'll be back to see her! I almost didn't book another brazilian wax at this location due to the unbearably painful experience I had with another tech here. That other tech has since left Spa Concepts to start her own salon in Shreveport (although I doubt she'll get much business). If all waxes were as painful as the one I had with that girl, I'd never get another one. I knew they weren't, though, since I'd had many waxes before. I gave Spa Concepts another shot, and I'm so glad that I booked Dalhia-Nicole! I'll be back to see her for sure!

I travel a ton for work so sometimes I have to book a service and hope the person I’m booking with is good. Well, let me tell you, Dalhia-Nicole was fantastic! She was so personable and funny. If you’re someone who is shy or nervous about getting a bikini wax, she’s the esthetician for you. The wax was nearly painless (I can’t say that for other estheticians I’ve had) and the price was awesome. Also, the bed was heated! That was a first for me. If I have an opportunity to go back to that area, I will be booking with her again.

This was my second experience with Spa Concepts and it was wonderful!What a nice greeting when I came through the door and was placed in the room awaiting my services.Kelly, who gave my massage, entered the room with a smile on her face and in her voice, kept it the entire time.I told her the my right hip was in pain from the long road travels that I had 2 days earlier. She worked it out without any extra discomfort.Saddie and Michael were awesome also!They shall see me again!

Katie was amazing! I had so many things done to my hair (bleach, black hair dye) and it was basically on its death bed, but Katie walked me through Aveda ( A vegan product that will help repair your hair the natural way!) and what she’d be putting on my hair. We got to a beautiful ash blonde by doing a foilayage which helped my hair even more by having control. I appreciate how much she cared about the health of my hair. The service was so nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend.

My experience with my pedicure was great the nail technician was very nice and personable however my full set wasn’t the best I had to remove my polish because it was coming off maybe due to me working with my hands which was no problem. The issue is that my full set looks like I’ve had my set on for two weeks and wasn’t filed on most of my nails. I would love to come back but I’m not pleased with my full set. This is the reason I’m giving four stars.
