Whether you're a first-time guest or a seasoned spa-goer, consider this your inside look at how we create the Spa Concepts experience — rooted in care, clarity, and comfort.
Understanding Our Massage Services
Booking a massage? Here’s how to choose the right one for your needs — and what to expect in terms of relaxation.
Massage Relaxation Scale
Compare our massage experiences by relaxation level. Higher bars are typically more calming and restorative, while lower bars are more focused on therapeutic muscle relief.
🌿 Why We Share This
We believe in setting the right expectations so you can book with confidence and get the most from your spa experience. Whether you're looking to unwind or address specific concerns, our team is here to help guide your choice.
Booking Multiple Services in One Day
We love when guests treat themselves to a full day of beauty and wellness! To help you get the most out of your time with us, we’ve developed a recommended order for booking multiple services — based on what consistently delivers the smoothest and most relaxing experience.
Over the years, we’ve found that this order helps prevent delays, protects appointment times, and ensures your entire visit feels seamless:
Recommended Booking Order:
- Massage
Begin with a treatment that relaxes your body. - Facials
Are best after massage and before waxing, hair, and nails. - Waxing or Hair Services
These work best after your massage/facial, when your skin is calm and your time is flexible. - Nail Services (Manicure or Pedicure)
Finish with nails so you can leave polished and perfect — without worrying about oils, hair products, or smudging during other treatments.
Why This Matters
When services run out of order or overlap too closely, there’s a chance one may run long — and that can shorten your next appointment or impact other guests’ schedules. Following this flow helps us give each guest the dedicated time and care they deserve — especially you.
Let us know if you’re booking multiple services and we’ll be happy to help organize them for the best flow and maximum relaxation!
