To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced. For waxing appointments, arrivals more than 10 minutes late are subject to being rescheduled due to time constraints specific to waxing services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We take appointments seriously and hope you do too. Because we are reserving time for you and no one else, we have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A credit card or gift card with a balance covering the full amount of all reserved appointments may be used to secure your reservation. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice so we have the opportunity to rebook the timeslot. Otherwise, the following will apply:
We charge 50% of the total cost of all appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time. No credit is issued. The rescheduled appointment will be charged in full.
We charge 100% of the total cost of all appointments if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time and do not reschedule.
We charge 100% of the total cost of all appointments for which you do not show up, or do not call letting us know you cannot make it.
All fees are charged to the credit card or gift card on file.
You may send someone else to receive services in your place to avoid cancellation fees provided they receive and pay for the same services you reserved.
Credit card information remains on file in a secured server for future appointments unless you request we delete it.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be used at all Spa Concepts locations and must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to present the gift certificate, an alternative form of payment will be required. Spa Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Spa Concepts gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Children are permitted in the salon or spa area if they are booked for a service. Children must be at least 8 years old to receive a service, are expected to be on their best behavior, and must be supervised by an adult guardian at all times. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the experience of our other guests.
Smartphone Use Policy
In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone or device and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smartphone or device in such a manner will be kindly asked to refrain from use or continue using their smartphone or device outside. This is common courtesy to those around you.
Third Party Bookings
Those booking services for someone else are required to pay for all services in full at the time of booking. In addition, the person booking the services must provide credit card information for the guest’s account to pay for any enhancements the guest may add on during their services. These appointments are subject to our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
Spa Concepts is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Locker and Shower Facilities
Locker and shower facilities are available at our Ashley Ridge and Bossier locations.
We request that spa parties arrive 30 mins prior to their first appointment. Spa parties have complimentary use of the party room on a first come basis. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Spa parties are subject to a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Discounts and new guest $20 off discounts may not be used for Spa Parties.
