The customer service here is truly unmatched. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for.
Kelly did my mom’s facial, and she was amazing—so gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my mother’s needs and made her feel relaxed and pampered. Her care and professionalism really stood out.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Lexi for my facial. Let me just say—Lexi is a gem! I don’t typically enjoy facials or massages, but she made the entire process smooth and calming. She was warm, personable, and truly skilled at what she does. I left feeling refreshed and happy I gave it a try!
Then there was Michael, the nail tech—and honestly, Michael was a whole vibe! He was friendly, professional, and took his time to ensure everything was perfect. He gave my mom a beautiful manicure and me a pedicure that left me feeling like royalty. He clearly takes pride in his work and made the experience so fun and relaxing.
This Bossier location is an absolute treasure. I can’t speak for the Shreveport branch, but Bossier deserves an A+ for service, ambiance, and overall experience. We left feeling spoiled, refreshed, and full of gratitude.
