Things you should know before your appointment

 

  • Arrival Policy To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • Cancellation Policy Appointment times held for guests are not available to other guests who may want the same appointment time. Therefore, guests must provide a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve an appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly request that you provide 24-hours’ notice for any cancellation or change in your appointment time. Any cancellations or changes requested less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are subject to charging your credit card or gift certificate for the full amount of the service. Credit card numbers remain on file for future appointments unless requested to be removed by the guest.
  • Gift Certificate Policy  Gift certificates may be used at all Spa Concepts locations and must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to present the gift certificate, an alternative form of payment will be required. Spa Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Spa Concepts gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Children Policy Children are permitted in the salon or spa area if they are booked for a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
  • Smart Phone Use Policy In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smart phone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smart phone use or continue using their smart phone outside.
  • Personal Belongings Policy Spa Concepts is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
  • Locker and Shower facilities available at the Ashley Ridge location only.
