Things you should know before your appointment

 

  • Arrival Policy To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved.
  • Cancelation Policy Guests must provide a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve an appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice for any change in your appointment. In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guests failing to provide the notice or to no show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. The amount will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate number provided at the time of the appointment reservation. Credit card numbers remain on file for future appointments unless requested to be removed by the guest.
  • Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to present the gift certificate, an alternative form of payment will be required. Spa Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Spa Concepts gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Children Policy Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
  • Locker and Shower facilities available at the Ashley Ridge location only .
  • Spa Concepts will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.
